Tenisha and Tashaunda are not only sisters, but also co-founders of Black Girl Fly Official, an empowerment network and brand for Black women by Black women. The two truly epitomize the entrepreneurial spirit - they are podcasters, authors, serial entrepreneurs and investors who’ve spent their whole lives exploring what it means to live life to the fullest.

In their spare time, Tenisha enjoys pursuing her passion of flying planes and Tashaunda loves coaching struggling businesses back to financial health. Two very different and important perspectives on life. In fact, one of Tenisha and Tashaunda's specialties is connecting the dots between purpose and wealth in a way that most people have never seen before.

But we didn’t start there…

We were raised by a single mother who worked tirelessly to provide us with opportunities she did not have growing up. Despite her efforts, we were almost lost. Lost in a system that expected us to fail. For a while there, we almost believed them. But then something miraculous happened. We had people in our lives who “saw” something us. They saw something special and took the time to share their knowledge, time, and energy with us. They were relentless and would not give up until we “saw” ourselves too. It is to these people we have so much to thank. Our story could’ve been much different.

And now, we are blessed to have the opportunity to do the same for other women. Our hope is to use this platform to let you know that we see you, sis and that we are committed to helping you realize your full potential and building a legacy that will last for generations to come.
